How to flush the WinHTTP DNS cache?

Is there a way to flush the WinHTTP DNS cache programatically?

I think this may have to do with keep-alives, but I'm not seeing a way
to disable the keep-alive connection sharing, which apparently is
doable based on the following link, although the link doesn't say how
to do this: http://www.archivum.info/microsoft.public.winhttp/2005-07/msg00100.html

Any ideas?
